Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be downloaded and you ordered it accidentally. but once you downloaded return, exchange and refund is not eligible for you.
You must agree with me that some items are non-returnable for all website as we listed below.

Refunds (if applicable)
If we fail to provide your custom design as your requirement we will refund as soon as you want. we will send you an email to notify you that we have refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only non-downloaded orders can be refund but if you download our item/items, unfortunately, we can't refund anyway.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only redesign or resend our digital items via email if they are not printable or not opening for the corrupted files. If you need to custom design the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to digital items their no need to send it directly to your physical address. We only send you a download link to instantly download onto your computer or laptop.
